PeachNet Scheduled Maintenance - 56M 9200 Switch Upgrade Nov 11, 2025 23:00 - Nov 12, 2025 07:00 EST

Network Support Services (NSS) will be performing an OS upgrade for 9200 switch at 56M.

This maintenance will occur on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 11:00 p.m. until Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 7:00 a.m.

Sites affected: 56M, DNS service from NS1 and NS3

Due to the redundant nature of DNS, no user impact is expected.

PeachNet Scheduled Maintenance - DB300 Final Migration of New LAN Switches Nov 12, 2025 18:00-23:00 EST

Network Support Services (NSS) plans to migrate the new LAN switches to the firewall, replacing the existing switches. The old switches will be decommissioned during this maintenance.

This maintenance will occur on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.

IMPACT: Users on premises using wired switch ports and users on premises using Wi-Fi in DB300 might notice a 5-10 min interruption while the cables are moved, but since this work is being performed after hours there will likely be no users impacted.

The GeorgiaFIRST Marketplace PRODUCTION environment will be undergoing standard infrastructure maintenance from Friday, November 14, 2025, at 9:00 p.m. until Sunday, November 16, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. This maintenance is essential for ensuring the continued performance and reliability of Jaggaer's services. During this maintenance window, users may experience interruptions in service on the Jaggaer platform.

Scheduled - The University of Georgia (EITS) will conduct biannual network maintenance resulting in intermittent outages of campus Internet access and campus information systems on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 4:00 a.m. until Monday, November3, 2025. UGA’s Single Sign-On (UGA SSO) will be unavailable during this time. This means individuals will not be able to log in to many UGA-provided information systems, including eLearning Commons (eLC)/Brightspace.


Systems that may experience outages during this time include:

-UGA telephone services, including Teams phones & messaging

-Systems, such as certain UGA websites, hosted in the UGA Boyd Data Center

-UGA's Single Sign-On and applications that utilize that service

Multiple KnowBe4 Products — Services Outage
Resolved - Information Technology Services (ITS) has confirmed that all KnowBe4 systems are now operational. While KnowBe4 systems are back to operational, the vendor will be continuing to monitor the health of the overall platform and all its subcomponents to ensure stability.

Investigating - KnowBe4 KSAT User Provisioning and Phish Alert Button are currently unavailable.

The vendor is actively investigating elevated error rates and loading issues across multiple products. Initial investigations point to a widespread Azure incident.
