Communications Consulting Group (CCG) will be performing a router installation at Mercer University on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Network Support Services (NSS) and Communications Consulting Group (CCG) will be upgrading the LAN and Firewalls at the University System Office in Atlanta on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 8:00 p.m. until Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 7:00 a.m.

The Closet C LAN switch will be replaced between 8:00 p.m and 11:00 p.m. This will only affect local connections to the switch. A new high availability pair of firewalls will be installed at 11:00 p.m. This will affect connectivity to the University System Office.

Investigating - Information Technology Services (ITS) is currently investigating reports of issues with the GeorgiaFIRST PeopleSoft Financial Service. Affected users may randomly be logged out early with the following error message, “Your PeopleSoft connection has expired". If you get this message, please provide full details including the user, specific activity and approximate time and to open a ticket, email the ITS Helpdesk at: helpdesk@usg.edu Include the URL that you got the error message from, a screen shot of the error message and the browser you were using.

Scheduled - Information Technology Services (ITS) will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the USG Budgetary System on Monday, February 11, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. ITS will modify and repair the following:

- GASO and ABAC missing in historical data in BRS
- New SFI in BRS - Financial Technology (FINTECH)
- Budget to Actuals & Special Institutional Fee (SIF) reorganization
- Discrepancies in Quarterly Actuals Reporting for UGA and Offset/Balancing (AOB numbers)

The application will not be available for reporting during the maintenance period. All data submissions should be postponed until the maintenance period is over.

Sent: Monday, February 4, 2019 2:15 PM
Subject: Outlook Support

All Staff are expected to migrate to the New 2019 Microsoft Outlook Web Portal to enable access to the below, Click Microsoft-Outlook[REMOVED LINK] to migrate immediately.

· Access the new staff directory
· Access your pay slips and P60s
· Update your ID photo
· E-mail and Calendar Flexibility
· Connect mobile number to e-mail for voice mail
