Information Technology Services (ITS) will be conducting scheduled maintenance on PeachNet Virtual Data Center (VDC) on Friday, December 15, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. During this period, administrators will not be able to access the VDC interface for managing their VDC environments. Virtual machines (VMs) and VM guests will not be affected during this maintenance.

Cogent will be activating software module upgrades and upgrading code running on the edge routers beginning Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. During this period, the GA DOE K-12 customers may experience up to two brief interruptions in service, as well as latency and packet loss intermittently throughout the maintenance window.

Investigating - Since approximately 1:15 p.m., December 9, 2017, EBSCO has been experiencing intermittent access issues impacting EBSCO Discovery Service. EBSCO is aware of the issue and their staff are working to identify the cause of the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. There is currently no estimated time of resolution.

Monitoring - Blackboard has applied an emergency hotfix to address the Collaborate Ultra session connection errors. Collaborate Classic and Collaborate Ultra sessions should now be launching successfully. Investigating - Blackboard Collaborate has issued an alert that users of the service are experiencing intermittent issues that affect the launching of Collaborate Classic and Collaborate Ultra sessions. Collaborate Ultra users may see A01, A02, A03, A04 or 500 errors. If affected please try to reload your session. Collaborate DevOps is actively working to identify the root cause and find a resolution.
