Scheduled - Information Technology Services (ITS) will be conducting Windows Operating System maintenance on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 11:00 p.m. until Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 7:00 a.m.

Information Technology Services (ITS) will also be performing service pack upgrades for the MoveIT Transfer (files.usg.edu) and MoveIT Automation applications. During this time the applications should be expected to be unavailable. Traffic attempting to reach files.usg.edu during this time window may fail, and/or be intermittent. Scheduled transfers defined by MoveIT Automation will not run during all or part of this window.

Resolved - Information Technology Services (ITS) has confirmed that a service disruption with Brightspace Community and ASC Homepage has been resolved. The issue was resolved at 11:00 AM December 4, 2025. The vendor has resolved the issue.
