Scheduled - Network Support Services (NSS) will be replacing two wireless access points at the Athens office location, one on the first and second floors.

The maintenance will take place on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, from 7:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.

Wireless network service at the Athens location will be impacted. Installation areas will see an interruption and the office as a whole may experience brief interruptions.

Identified - Several Banner Managed Services production Banner environments are currently unavailable due to year end table freeze activities. Year-end table freeze is currently in effect across all campuses. As a result, Banner is operating in restricted mode, and most pages are temporarily inaccessible. Each institution's production Banner environment will be unavailable at some point during this process.

Please contact your campus technical staff or appropriate campus offices if you require additional assistance.

Systems Support Services Scheduled Maintenance - Fiber Interconnect Switches

Scheduled - Systems Support Services will be updating the firmware for the UCS Fiber Interconnect switches that manage our virtualization compute environment at DB300.

The maintenance will occur on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

We will be patching the Fiber Interconnect switches that manage all the compute for our virtual environment at our primary site at DB300. Almost all production applications run primarily from the DB300 datacenter, however no production downtime is expected or required. The Fiber Interconnects are a fully redundant pair with one always up while the other is being patched and rebooted. This is a routine maintenance that Systems performs regularly.
