PeachNet Network Issues Reported - South East Nodes Down
Monitoring - All sites are back online and being actively monitored for any further issues.

Identified - Communications Consulting Group (CCG) has all associated services in the Southeast back up and stable. The cause of the outage was a fiber event/break that caused a sync issue with our service/quadflex cards. This propagated throughout the Southeast ring and the Interconnects.

Fiber repairs are still ongoing between Savannah - Qwest (QSAV) and Savannah State University (SAV).

Communications Consulting Group (CCG) is still working to get the services for the Southeast region stabilized and protect paths for sites in Augusta and the Southwest region. Progress is being made, and we are working diligently to get all nodes back up.

This maintenance is NOT expected to affect GeorgiaVIEW access or service. If this maintenance adversely impacts server performance, additional information will be posted here. Scheduled - Network Support Services (NSS) will be rebooting the Trinity-Washington USO LAN switches, in order to resolve an issue related to a memory leak and long switch uptimes giving out-of-memory errors.

This maintenance will occur on Thursday, February 5, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. until Friday, February 6, 2026, at 7:00 a.m.

Services Affected: Switches will be rebooted sequentially, each area of the LAN will experience a brief (5-10 minute) connectivity interruption during the reboot cycle for that switch.
