Network Support Services (NSS) will be replacing end-of-life datacenter switches with new hardware. This maintenance will occur on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. until Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 7:00 a.m.

No impact to users at SSC is expected, as the switches being replaced are outside the data path for user access. The services that are behind the switches being replaced in the SSC datacenter (primarily Data Domain and Backup Replication) will be unavailable, potentially for the duration of the maintenance.
