Network Support Services (NSS) will be temporarily replacing previously removed data switches from the Shared Services Center in order to correct a new hardware configuration error with some network interfaces. This is an emergency maintenance to ensure backups of SSC resources are performed properly.
This maintenance will occur on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. until Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 2:00 a.m.
There will be a short duration interruption of SSC Avamar backups and Data Domain Services. There should be no end-user interruptions or impact. The window duration reflects that NSS is doing this work on an emergency basis and we don't know the exact time we'll have necessary resources on-site.
