Network Support Services (NSS) Telephony will be updating the certificates for the Mitel servers.
The maintenance window is scheduled for Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. until Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 3:00 a.m.
Impacts to the Mitel phone system can be expected as part of the server reboots. Phone system functionality will be tested after completion of the updates.
