Information Technology Services (ITS) has identified the root cause and is actively working on a fix with the vendor. Information Technology Services (ITS) will be working continuously until services are restored and will provide updates as they become available.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is experiencing an outage affecting access to some services including Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence. Affected users may be experiencing problems with access to these services. Updates will be posted here as they become available.

The following applications will not be available:

- Cognos Business Intelligence & Reporting Application
- APEX Data Collection Application
- Degrees & Majors Authorized
- HS/FICE Translation
- External Site Codes
- Oracle Database
