Information Technology Services (ITS) will be conducting scheduled maintenance of PSQUEST on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. The purpose of this maintenance is to change PSQUEST account passwords in FPROD. The PSQUEST account is used to make a database-level connection to the PeopleSoft Financials databases for data extraction and reporting purposes.
Note: Only PSQUEST access to FPROD is affected during this maintenance window. FPROD will still be available for web access.
The PeopleSoft security administrator from each institution should contact the ITS Helpdesk to request the new PSQUEST password, which is available now. The ITS Helpdesk will provide the password only to the authorized PeopleSoft security administrator for your institution.
You should not attempt to use your institution’s PSQUEST account during this maintenance window. If you have any automated scripts, you should take steps to ensure that they do not run during this maintenance window.
Any institution-specific applications, processes or scripts that use the PSQUEST account (pqst###) will need to be updated to reflect the new password as of the New Passwords Effective Date/Time shown above.
