Network Support Services (NSS) will be moving connections from the Palo Alto Firewalls to the USG Routers at the Shared Services Center, to upgrade them from 1gig to 10gig capacity.

This maintenance will occur on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 11:00 p.m. until Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 7:00 a.m.

Users and resources on the SSC network will not have access to the internet as the interfaces are moved. The exact length of downtime is unknown but should be brief unless problems requiring troubleshooting are encountered during the move.
