Network Support Services (NSS) will be upgrading the firewalls at the Georgia Archives (ARCHPA/B), the Archives Records Center (ARCPA/B), and the Georgia Film Academy ( GFAPA/B). These updates should not be service-affecting, and the firewalls in each pair will be updated sequentially to ensure no downtime occurs.
This maintenance will occur on Monday, April 21, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. GFAPA/B will be updated at 9:15 p.m. until 12 a.m. for sensitivity to their class schedule.
No outages expected. These sites have redundant firewall pairs, and each member of the pair will be updated in sequence to keep a firewall operational during the maintenance.
