The OneUSG Connect HPROD (Production) database will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance. This maintenance will occur from Friday, May 8, 2020 at 11:15 p.m. until Saturday, May 9, 2020 at 7:00 a.m.
During this time, OneUSG Connect, OneUSG Connect Employee Self Service, OneUSG Connect Manager Self Service and OneUSG Connect - Careers will not be available.
- Users trying to access will receive a message indicating a scheduled maintenance is underway.
- Time clocks may show 'Offline' briefly, but they will still record time entered.
- Due to this downtime, the Alight HRID file will not run on May 8, 2020. It will resume with the file that will run on May 11, 2020.
OneUSG Connect - Benefits will remain available to employees and can be accessed from the USG Faculty and Staff Portal: https://oneusgconnect.usg.edu
