GeorgiaFIRST PeopleSoft Financials Update 5.34 will be delivered to Production (FPROD) on Saturday, May 19, 2018. This release provides BOR enhancements and functionality updates. Specifics regarding modifications in this release will be provided in release notes, which will be available on Thursday, May 17th, on the GeorgiaFIRST website: http://www.usg.edu/gafirst-fin/releases. An announcement will be sent when Release Notes are available.
For this update to be applied, the Production databases (FPROD) will be shut down beginning at 10:00 p.m. on Friday, May 18, 2018, and will remain unavailable until 7:00 a.m. Saturday, May 19, 2018.
The following applications will not be available during this scheduled maintenance window:
• GeorgiaFIRST PeopleSoft Financials production (FPROD)
• PSQUEST access
• GeorgiaFIRST Marketplace access
• Expenses and ePro Self-Service Portal
