Phones for the ITS helpdesk have been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Information Technology Services (ITS) is currently investigating issues with the main Helpdesk phone system. When calling the ITS Helpdesk users are receiving a message indicating that the ITS Helpdesk is currently closed in observance of the holiday, however, we are not closed. Please email: Helpdesk@usg.edu or if your matter is of an urgent nature please call and leave a voice mail message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience while this issue is being resolved. Additional information will be posted here as it becomes available.
