Information Technology Services (ITS) will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the MyPassword site (mypassword.bor.usg.edu) and the Palo Alto User-ID agent on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 from 11:00 p.m. until Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at 1:00 a.m. During this time, users may unable to reset their passwords.
Palo Alto User-ID - user mappings will be affected during this time. This will only affect new connections from users who are in the building during the time of maintenance. The user may not be able to reach datacenter vlans.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Internal USO Services (USO Email and Calendar, USO SSO) and MOVEit Managed File Transfer, USG Identity Proxy.
