The USG instance of ServiceNow will be upgraded from Washington DC to the new Yokohama version on Thursday, September 25.

• The system will remain accessible during the maintenance window.
• Although no user impact is expected, we recommend waiting until the upgrade is fully completed before utilizing the platform.

This maintenance will occur on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. and last until Friday, September 26, 2025, at 7:00 a.m.
