MyPassword has been successfully upgraded.

All customers with USO domain accounts are encouraged to visit https://mypassword.bor.usg.edu and set up their self-service Questions and Answers Profile at their earliest convenience.

From approximately 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 14, 2017, to 12:00am on Monday, May 15, 2017, the USG MyPassword site at https://mypassword.bor.usg.edu/ will be upgraded to a new product. The MyPassword site gives customers self-service options to reset or change their USO domain account credentials.

Although no service interruption is expected, customers will be required to update their challenge questions in order to utilize the MyPassword site’s self-service options after the upgrade is completed.
