Information Technology Services (ITS) has confirmed that all KnowBe4 systems are now operational. While KnowBe4 systems are back to operational, the vendor will be continuing to monitor the health of the overall platform and all its subcomponents to ensure stability.

KnowBe4 KSAT User Provisioning and Phish Alert Button are currently unavailable.
The vendor is actively investigating elevated error rates and loading issues across multiple products. Initial investigations point to a widespread Azure incident.
