Access to all Axiom sources have been restored. Automation will only be enabled after Axiom users at the affected institutions verify the functionality. ITS will monitor these activities.

Axiom services have been enabled for the affected institutions, allowing users to successfully log in. Automation and other functionality remain disabled while work continues with the vendor. Testing is underway to verify that the institutions' Axiom sources are functioning as designed. Additional information will be posted as updates become available.

Investigating
Information Technology Services (ITS) is currently investigating issues with Axiom related to scheduled Production maintenance.
Affected users may encounter a status page when attempting to access Axiom in Production due to services being disabled while troubleshooting is in progress. Additional information will be posted as updates become available.
