Network Support Services (NSS) along with Avaya will be performing maintenance on the USG Telephone System.. This maintenance will occur on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at 11:00 p.m. until Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 7:00 a.m.

Short duration (less than 10 minute) outages to telephone and voicemail services are expected. Extended outages or issues are not expected, though NSS has requested a full-length maintenance window in case troubleshooting is required.

Services affected:

- USO Athens (DB300)
- USO Atlanta
- Georgia Public Library Service (GPLS)
- Georgia Archives
- Georgia Libraries for Accessible Statewide Services (GLASS)
