Network Support Services (NSS) will be upgrading the firewalls at the Shared Services Center (SSC), University System Office (USO), Georgia Archives (ARCH), and Archives Records Center (ARC). These updates are required to resolve issues with the current version of the firewall code.

This maintenance will occur from Monday, December 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. until Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 7:00 a.m.

No outages expected. Each site has a redundant firewall pair, and each member of the pair will be updated in sequence to keep a firewall operational during the maintenance.
