Information Technology Services (ITS) will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the Palo Alto Firewall User ID Agents from Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at 11:00 p.m. until Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 1:00 a.m.

These systems work in conjunction with the Palo Alto Firewalls to allow users access to specific network resources. During the maintenance window, users may not be able to reach servers or other network resources.
