ITS has been notified that ServiceNow will be running a network backbone upgrade for their data centers. This maintenance will improve and optimize the backbone network for even better performance and availability. This maintenance will occur on Friday, July 17, 2020 from 8:00 p.m. until Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 3:00 a.m. During this window of time, there will be up to but not exceeding 15 minutes of interruption to the USG ServiceNow instance.
