Information Technology Services (ITS) will be conducting a scheduled upgrade of ServiceNow on Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 8:00 p.m. until Friday, October 15, 2021 at 6:00 a.m.

During this time, users may periodically be unable to log into the system. Any emails sent to or from ServiceNow may also experience delays during this time-frame.
