Network Support Services (NSS) will be upgrading the Palo Alto 5050 firewalls in Athens with Palo Alto 5250's. This maintenance will occur on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 11:00 p.m. until Sunday, November 22, 2020 at 7:00 a.m. Service interruptions are anticipated during this maintenance for services located in the DB300 Data Center.

DB300/ITS Athens telephony will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance window. Voicemail for the following locations will be unavailable for the duration of the window:

-Georgia Archives
-Georgia Libraries for Accessible Statewide Services (GLASS)
-Georgia Public Library Service (GPLS)
-USO Athens Office
-USO Atlanta Office

Telephony will continue to work in local survivability for the following sites:

-Georgia Archives
-Georgia Libraries for Accessible Statewide Services (GLASS)
-Georgia Public Library Service (GPLS)
-USO Atlanta Office
