Network Support Services (NSS) has identified an issue on the A9K-24x10GE-TR line card in the TELX2 core router that requires a power cycle of the line card to correct. This maintenance will occur on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 from 11:00 p.m. until Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 7:00 a.m.
Services affected: The following sites will be reduced to a single traffic path for the duration of the line card reload:
- University of West Georgia
- Kennesaw State University - Marietta Campus
- Georgia Highlands College - Marietta Campus
- University of North Georgia - Gainesville Campus
- USO Atlanta
The following site will have a brief interruption in service for the duration of the line card reload:
- Georgia Public Library Services (GPLS)
Services affected: The following sites will be reduced to a single traffic path for the duration of the line card reload:
- University of West Georgia
- Kennesaw State University - Marietta Campus
- Georgia Highlands College - Marietta Campus
- University of North Georgia - Gainesville Campus
