GeorgiaFIRST will refresh FPLAY and it will be unavailable from Monday, July 28, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. until Friday, August 1, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The FPLAY environment is used by institutions for GeorgiaFIRST Marketplace training, for prototyping and testing transactions and queries, and for Banner integration testing.
If institutional training or testing is scheduled during this time, please adjust your schedule as needed.
Action Needed: If GeorgiaFIRST Marketplace test users (a user ID that was set up in FPLAY but does not exist in production) are set up for training and testing purposes and the institution would like to move these users back to FPLAY after the refresh, please email the list of GeorgiaFIRST Marketplace User IDs to Kori Pennington at kori.pennington@usg.edu no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 18th. Please respond only if test users are unique to FPLAY.
