System Support Services (SSS) will be performing a non-service affecting SAN, Storage Area Network, maintenance.

System Support Services (SSS) will be upgrading the operating system for the SAN appliances at Boyd on Friday followed by the appliances at DB300 on Saturday.

The SAN appliances as well as the upgrade process are designed to allow the SAN to always remain available without any production downtime. Dell, our SAN vendor, will be directly involved in the upgrade as well as having support personnel on stand-by should any contingencies arise.

The maintenance window will occur on Friday, March 21, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
