We are preparing to move all Email Distribution Groups from our on-premises Exchange environment to the Microsoft 365 cloud environment. This is a critical step in our full cloud migration strategy and will ensure enhanced management, scalability, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services. Email Distribution Groups will be down during the maintenance window.

This maintenance will occur on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
