The GeorgiaFIRST Financials Update 5.70 was applied from Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. to Sunday, November 21, 2021 at 7:00 a.m. This Oracle annual maintenance included the following:
• PeopleSoft Update Images 9.2.037 – 9.2.039
• New enhancements and functionality
The following applications are now available:
• GeorgiaFIRST PeopleSoft Financials production (FPROD)
• PSQUEST access
• GeorgiaFIRST Marketplace access
• Expenses and ePro Self-Service Portal
ACTION NEEDED: ITS recommends all users clear their Temporary Internet Files (browser cache) before logging back into the system. It is highly recommended all users clear their browser cache often, especially after an update is applied to the Production database.

GeorgiaFIRST PeopleSoft Financials Update 5.70 is scheduled to be applied on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. until Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 7:00 a.m. For this update to be applied, the Production database (FPROD) will be shut down and will remain unavailable until the end of the maintenance period.
