Communications Consulting Group (CCG) and Network Support Services (NSS) will be performing firmware upgrades on DWDM 10TCC cards on Thursday, November 1, 2018 from 11:00 p.m. until Friday, November 2, 2018 at 3:00 a.m.

PN0177 and PN0178A/B are the only non-redundant services on the scheduled cards and therefore will experience an outage lasting approximately 30 minutes.

Services affected:

- PN0177 from TELX to DAL for Apogee
- PN0178A/B from TELX to MCGA for Apogee
