ServiceNow will be performing required maintenance that will affect the USG production instance of ServiceNow. On Sunday, September 11, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. ServiceNow will be activating Report View Access Control Lists. This is a required maintenance that will be applied to all USG instances and may affect some users' access to reports they could access previously. The ITS ESM team has taken steps to assure that users do not experience problems with this functionality, however, if users experience reports-related issues, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at: 706-583-2001 or helpdesk@usg.edu
ServiceNow has introduced Report View Access Control Lists (RVAs) as an added layer of control on tables. Once enabled, RVAs help manage who can view a report. RVAs prevent users from having access to report data not intended for their roles.
