D2L will be conducting non-service affecting maintenance to apply hotfixes D2L-wide, including to the GeorgiaVIEW QPROD and XPROD Online Learning Environment on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 from 9:00 p.m. until Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
Included fixes address the below issues:
- Using Rubrics, if using a touchscreen to assess rubrics, the selections was set and then immediately unset, however selections could be properly set when using the mouse.
- In a Course, when an item was selected to Publish to LOR, and the "Overwrite Existing Object" radio button was selected, the "Search" button and field were grayed out, meaning the user couldn't perform a search to find an item to overwrite.
This maintenance is NOT expected to affect GeorgiaVIEW access or service. If this maintenance adversely impacts server performance, additional information will be posted to the USG Services Status Page (status.usg.edu).
