Verifying
ITS has successfully launched SERVICE NOW as its new ticketing system and replacement for USGTrackIt. ITS will continue to monitor the system for stability and functionality throughout the day.

-All Other Customers: http://usg.service-now.com/usgsp

PLEASE NOTE:
-All traditional methods of contacting ITS for support (including helpdesk@usg.edu and 706-583-2001) will continue to function normally.

-New tickets can no longer be created inside USGTrackIt.

-Active tickets currently inside USGTrackIt will be continued being worked on normally or moved to the new system.

ITS will launch ServiceNow, a new IT ticketing system to replace USGTrackit, at approximately 8:00am on Feb 1, 2017.

ITS customers will continue to request assistance through current methods (helpdesk@usg.edu or 706-583-2001) during and after this time.
