ITS has successfully launched SERVICE NOW as its new ticketing system and replacement for USGTrackIt. ITS will continue to monitor the system for stability and functionality throughout the day.

-All Other Customers: http://usg.service-now.com/usgsp
-All traditional methods of contacting ITS for support (including email@example.com
and 706-583-2001) will continue to function normally.
-New tickets can no longer be created inside USGTrackIt.
-Active tickets currently inside USGTrackIt will be continued being worked on normally or moved to the new system.
