Communications Consulting Group (CCG) and Network Support Services (NSS) will be performing firmware upgrades on DWDM 10TCC cards at 11:00 p.m. on Monday, November 5, 2018 until 3:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 6, 2018.

PN0163, PN0164A/B, and PN0184 are the only non-redundant services on the scheduled cards and therefore will experience an outage lasting approximately 30 minutes.

Services affected:

- PN0163 from TELX to ABAC for Apogee
- PN0164A/B from TELX to ARM for Apogee
- PN0184 from MCGA to AUG for Apogee
