Information Technology Services (ITS) will be conducting scheduled maintenance of PSQUEST on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 from 5:00 P.M. until approximately 6:00 P.M. (ET). During this period, PSQUEST access to FPROD and FPLAY may be unavailable. (FPROD and FPLAY will still be available for web access.)

New passwords will be applied to all GeorgiaFIRST PSQUEST accounts as of the end of this maintenance. The PSQUEST account is used for a database level connection to the PeopleSoft Financials databases, FPROD and FPLAY, for data extraction and reporting purposes.

The PeopleSoft security administrator from each institution should contact the ITS Helpdesk (at helpdesk@usg.edu or 706-583-2001) to request the new PSQUEST password, which is available now. The ITS Helpdesk will provide the password only to the authorized PeopleSoft security administrator for your institution.

You should not attempt to use your institution's PSQUEST account during this maintenance window. If you have any automated scripts you should take steps to ensure that they do not run during this maintenance window.

Any institution specific applications, processes or scripts that use the PSQUEST account (pqst###) will need to be updated to reflect the new password as of 6:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 18, 2017.
