ITS will be upgrading to new Avaya telephone system from 11:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2016 to 7:00 a.m. on Friday, November 18, 2016 (ET). During this period, users will not be able to access the Avaya phone system. Users will either get a fast busy or ring no answer when calling in. For after-hours support please contact the ITS Helpdesk by phone at (404) 831-3669.
