Communications Consulting Group (CCG) and Network Support Services (NSS) will be performing firmware upgrades on DWDM 10TCC cards at 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 until 3:00 a.m. Thursday, November 8, 2018.

PN0194, PN0154A/B, and PN0172A/B are the only non-redundant services on the scheduled cards and therefore will experience an outage lasting approximately 30 minutes.

Services affected:

- PN0194 from TELX to ABAC for Apogee
- PN0154A/B from UGAB to ABAC
- PN0172A/B from TELX to BRU2 for Apogee
