Information Technology Services (ITS) will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the USG Budgetary System on Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. ITS will modify the Application in the USG Quarterly Reporting System section. During this period, the application will not be available for reporting. Data submissions in this area should be postponed until the maintenance period is over.
Additions to the system:
1. Add Albany State University/Darton State College Consolidation Part II.
2. Add Georgia Southern University/Armstrong State University and Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College/Bainbridge State College Consolidation Part I.
3. Fix formulas for the Quarterly Reporting page.
4. Add FY 2019 New SFIs - Agricultural History Georgia Capitol Museum and Adrenal Center.
5. Add new B-Unit Georgia Cyber Innovation and Training Center.
