Network Support Services (NSS) will be performing a change of the Valdosta State University router (VAL.BB) as well as a move of optical gear as VSU moves its datacenter to a new location. The maintenance will occur from 11:00 p.m. Monday, May 15, 2017 until approximately 7:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 16, 2017 (EST). We do expect this to be service affecting. The campus will go down and then run at a degraded rate while the optical gear is being moved. Normal service should be restored before the end of the window.
