ITS will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the Avaya telephone system from Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. EST until 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 1, 2016. During this period, there will be a brief interruption of USO telephone connectivity as the telephone system switches from the older equipment, and registers to the new equipment. The maintenance window is longer to allow for troubleshooting in the event of any unanticipated issues.
